Double-track railway lining trolley composition
The Double-track railway lining trolley is composed of a formwork assembly, a top mold frame assembly, a translation mechanism, a gantry assembly, a master-slave traveling mechanism, a screw jack, a hydraulic system, and an electrical system.
(1) Template assembly:
The template consists of a top mold and a side mold to form a cross section of the trolley. The top mold is a whole piece, and a hinge mechanism is used between the top mold and the side mold for vertical mold and mold closing. The 9.1-meter formwork trolley template can be divided into 6 groups; a 1.6 m/1.5 m wide template is used. The template consists of a panel, a flange, a reinforcing angle steel, a stiffener plate and the like. The stencil panel has a thickness of 10 mm and a flange thickness of 14 mm. In the longitudinal direction of the arc, longitudinal reinforced sheets of 95×56×6 reinforcing angle steel, channel steel 10# and A3δ10 are arranged. Under the top mold, there is a top frame body mainly made of Gong 25# and Gong 18# for support; the side mold pass beam of the longitudinal direction is welded by channel steel, and 7 rows of lead screws are connected with the door frame to maintain the edge. The overall rigidity of the mold; in addition, a ground screw is provided on the lower side of the side mold, which can effectively prevent the bottom mold from running at the bottom.
(2) Top mold frame assembly:
The top mold frame mainly bears the weight of the concrete and the formwork at the top of the casting. It bears the template, and the lower part transmits the force to the door frame through the supporting jack. The top mold frame body is composed of two longitudinal beams and a plurality of beams. The longitudinal beam is welded into a I-shaped section by a steel plate, and the beam is manufactured by 25#.
(3) Translation mechanism:
One set of the hydraulic translation structure of the trolley is supported on the upper beam of the gantry, and the translation trolley is connected to the longitudinal beam of the top mold frame through the lifting cylinder. There are two oil cylinders in the horizontal direction of the translation mechanism, which are used to adjust the lining center of the template to be consistent with the tunnel center.
(4) Gantry assembly:
The gantry is the main load-bearing member of the entire trolley. It is connected by beams, columns and bottom longitudinal beams by bolts. The beams, columns and bottom longitudinal beams are connected by connecting beams and diagonal rods and scissor frames. The main structural members of the gantry are welded by steel plates, beams and columns are welded into I-beam sections, and the bottom girders are welded by box-sections. The column is made of box girder structure, and the connecting beams are connected by beams 18#.
(5) Master-slave walking mechanism:
The trolley traveling mechanism is composed of two active running mechanisms and two driven traveling mechanisms. The running mechanism is connected to the bottom frame of the gantry. The motor power is 2×5.5KW, and the running speed of the trolley is 8m/min.
(6) Screw, jack:
It is divided into side mold screw, anti-displacement screw, gantry support jack and gantry support jack.
- Side mold screw: Installed between the side mold beam and the door frame to support and adjust the position of the template and withstand the pressure generated when pouring concrete.
- the ground screw: the role is to transfer the pressure generated when pouring concrete to the road surface, improve the overall stress conditions of the trolley.
- Anti-displacement screw: Installed between the side mold beam and the door frame to ensure the stability of the template trolley during walking and lining.
- Bench support jack: It is mainly to improve the stress conditions of the gantry longitudinal beam when pouring concrete, and to ensure the reliability and stability of the gantry.
- Gantry support jack: It is connected under the longitudinal beam of the gantry. When the trolley is working, it is placed on the track, bearing the weight of the trolley and the pressure of the concrete on the trolley, improving the bottom girders and the running mechanism of the gantry. The stress conditions ensure the stability of the gantry when the trolley is working.
(7) Hydraulic system:
The hydraulic system of the trolley adopts a three-position four-way manual reversing valve for reversing to realize the expansion and contraction of the cylinder. The left and right side mold cylinders each adopt a reversing valve to control the movement of the horizontal cylinders on both sides, and each of the four vertical cylinders adopts one. The reversing valve controls its movement. The four cart translation cylinders operate their synchronized actions with two reversing valves. The use of mechanical locks to lock the four vertical cylinders can eliminate the misalignment caused by the downward leakage of the vertical cylinder during the lining of the trolley. The side mold cylinder uses a one-way throttle valve to adjust the speed of the cylinder. When the reversing valve is in the neutral position, the system is unloaded to prevent system heating. The direct return oil return filter and multiple integrated valve blocks simplify the system piping and also avoid system leakage.
(8) Electrical system:
The electrical system mainly controls the starting, stopping and forward and reverse running of the traveling motor, and provides power for the hydraulic system. The traveling motor is provided with positive and negative control and overload protection.
