Tunnel waterproof board laying formwork trolley is a custom-designed and fabricated non-standard product,specifically manufacturered for the lining of various tunnels and culverts.The whole roll of tarpaulin is hung on the trolley; the bottom end of the tarpaulin is fixed, the tarpaulin can be automatically unfolded, and can be stopped at any position of the track at any time;the reverse function is also provided. This innovative design significantly reduces the labor costs associated with tarpaulin installation.

Since the tunnel waterproof board laying formwork trolley is a non-standard equipment, the conditions of use must meet the design requirements before use.

Surface Inspection: Verify that the road surface elevation and condition align with the design requirements. The road surface elevation should be as depicted in the provided diagram, and the condition must be that of a concrete surface.

Hardware Integrity: Ensure that all bolts on the trolley are securely fastened. Additionally, confirm that the trolley, pulleys, winch, and other components are firmly installed.

Track Components: Inspect the sleepers and rails to ensure they meet the design requirements.

Electrical Systems: Check the electrical circuitry to confirm it adheres to the design specifications.

Tarpaulin Installation: Confirm that the tarpaulin is properly hung, ensuring it will not fall off and can rotate freely.

Precautions:

Before Each Work Cycle:Inspect the rail to ensure it is straight and check the tightness of the rail connections.

Before positioning the trolley, straighten any crooked rails and strictly prevent any situation where the gantry support jacks cannot be properly supported on the rails.

After Each Work Cycle:Check the tightness of the bolts and pins on all parts and re-inspect and tighten all joints to ensure stability.

Maintenance:Regularly apply grease to the trolley walking mechanism and the jacks to ensure smooth operation.

Ensure the hydraulic system is free of leaks. The hydraulic oil should be kept clean, and the pressure gauge switch should be opened during operation to monitor pressure fluctuations at all times.

During Operation:When the tunnel waterproof board laying formwork is moving, be mindful of obstacles such as air ducts and water pipes on the ground to prevent any towing incidents as the trolley moves.

Safety and Operation:For the safety of yourself and others, operate the trolley according to the specified guidelines and Periodic Maintenance to prevent any accidents.

Hanging Tarpaulin:

Positioning the Formwork: Move the tunnel waterproof board laying formwork to the designated location where the tarpaulin is to be hung.

Loading the Tarpaulin:Lift the entire roll of tarpaulin onto the work platform.Drive the trolley to the work platform to align it with the tarpaulin.

Shaft Preparation:Remove the shaft from the trolley.Place the tarpaulin roll onto the shaft.

Adjusting the Trolley:Operate the winch to move the trolley and align it with the shaft.

Securing the Shaft:Firmly connect the shaft to the trolley.

Installing Tarpaulin:

Positioning the Trolley:Operate the winch to move the trolley to the bottom end of the track.

Unfolding and Securing the Tarpaulin:Unfold the tarpaulin and connect its end to the tarpaulin that is reserved by the inverting arch. Ensure it is securely fixed.

Moving to the Next Position:Operate the hoist to move the trolley upwards to the top of the next position where the tarpaulin needs to be fixed.

Move the trolley back slightly, fix the tarpaulin, and push it into place.

Rehanging the Tarpaulin:Once the current roll of tarpaulin is fully used, hang a new roll of tarpaulin onto the working platform to continue the installation process.

Walking:

After hanging a lap of tarpaulin, follow these steps to move the tunnel waterproof board laying formwork:

Prepare for Movement:Close the gantry support jack to ensure stability during movement.Start the walking motor to initiate movement.

Movement Precautions:Ensure that the tarpaulin on the trolley is not connected to the tarpaulin that has already been installed to avoid any interference or damage.The tunnel waterproof board laying formwork must be completely stationary before changing direction to ensure safety and accuracy.If the slope of the rail is too steep and the trolley is slipping, apply some dry sand to the rail surface to increase traction and eliminate the slipping issue.

Completing the Operation:Continue the cycle of circling the tarpaulin, installing it, and moving the formwork until the entire operation of the tunnel waterproof board laying formwork is completed.
