Subway lining trolley installation process
The lining trolley construction stencil should be assembled with a 2m×1.5m shaped steel mold. The stencil has sufficient strength, rigidity and stability to withstand the gravity, side pressure and various loads that may exist during the construction. The Φ50 steel pipe is used as a template for the horizontal and vertical stiffening ribs. The inside of the template is prefabricated with the same number of concrete blocks to be placed between the steel plate and the formwork to ensure the thickness of the protective layer; the outer side is made of steel or square wood and the foundation pit wall to ensure accurate position.
Scaffolding is set around the Subway lining trolley template with Φ50 steel pipe for easy template installation and concrete pouring.
The joints between the stencils shall be densely covered with double-sided tape and shall not cause leakage. The contact surface of the formwork with the concrete must be smooth and smooth, and the release agent should be applied to the surface of the formwork. The tie rods on the formwork are threaded steel rods with washers. Before pouring concrete, check whether there are any impurities in the template, whether there are gaps and holes between the templates, otherwise the debris in the template should be removed in time. When the template has gaps and holes, it should be blocked and no slurry should be leaked.
