Tunnel lining formwork instructions
Tunnel lining formwork is a non-standard product specially designed and manufactured for concrete linings of various tunnels, culverts and other sections. It has the functions of vertical mold and demoulding function, high surface finish of lining and fast lining speed.
The working process of Tunnel lining formwork is as follows:
1. check the tunnel
First,Check whether the tunnel construction conditions meet the design requirements of the template trolley
since the template trolley belongs to non-standard equipment, the use conditions must meet the design requirements before lining.
- Check whether the road surface elevation and road surface condition meet the design requirements, the road surface elevation +; road surface condition: concrete road surface.
- Check whether the grounding screw support position meets the design requirements, and the ground screw support position: as shown in the figure.
- Check whether the sleepers and rails meet the design requirements;
- Check whether the height of the short side wall meets the design requirements;
- Check whether the outer surface of the steel formwork is coated with a release agent.
