1. Install RPC grouting pipe and exhaust pipe against waterproof board

2. Record the depth of the RPC tube buried on the recording board.

3, pouring concrete and observing the pre-buried tube
The second lining concrete should be symmetrically poured. The concrete pouring shall be poured into the window from the template window layer by layer, from bottom to top, symmetrically layered, and falling. The free height does not exceed 2m. When pouring the vaulted concrete, the grouting pipe is used as the observation port to see if the concrete is poured into the vault. Pay attention to whether the pre-embedded pipe is preliminarily polluted. If necessary, clean the grouting observation port to avoid blockage.
4. Preparation of grouting liquid and mold grouting
In principle, the grouting of the vault is grouted from the low end to the high end. 5. Observe the pressure gauge and the venting hole.

7. Remove the positioning flange after the initial setting of the slurry.
