Lining trolley plug steel template installation
The secondary lining plug template must have sufficient strength, stiffness and stability. After the lining trolley is positioned, the plug template is installed. The core of the installation of the plug template is the positioning and installation of the buried waterstop.
1. Construction process:
a. Install the inner steel end mold at the end of the lining trolley; the first or the jump lining should be at both ends: install the steel end mold.
b. After the secondary lining trolley is in place, a buried waterstop is laid on the outer edge of the steel end plate, and a water stop strip is placed at a distance of 50 cm, and is fixed on the edge of the end mold wheel.
c. Install a wooden end mold between the buried waterstop and the waterproof board, fill the seam with a wooden wedge, wedge the wooden end mold, and clamp the buried water stop.
d. Use the principle of lever to reinforce the outer wooden end mold, that is, insert the steel pipe into the inner steel end mold to reserve the hole, and abut the side wall, and the inner and outer end molds and the steel pipe are wedged by the wooden wedge.
e. Pouring concrete.
f. After the solidification of the mold is completed, the head plate is removed, the foam board is cut, and the asbestos asphalt is filled. Mold the next ring of concrete.
g. Partial voids are pressed into the double-part polysulfide waterproof sealant.
2. Process points:
a. The end mold is divided into two, the inner side is a fixed steel template, the outer wooden template.
b. The inner end mold is bolted to the lining trolley to locate the water stop belt.
c. The outer end mold and the inner end mold clamp the fixed water stop belt.
