- The hydraulic cylinder and the surrounding environment should be clean. The fuel tank should be sealed to prevent contamination. Pipes and fuel tanks should be cleaned to prevent detached scales and other debris. Use a lint-free cloth or special paper for cleaning. Do not try the twine and adhesive as the sealing material. Hydraulic oil according to design requirements, pay attention to changes in oil temperature and oil pressure. When empty, unscrew the exhaust bolts to vent. The piping link must not be slack. The base of the hydraulic cylinder must have sufficient rigidity, otherwise the cylinder will be arched upward when pressurized, and the piston rod will be bent. Before installing the hydraulic cylinder to the system, the parameters on the hydraulic cylinder label should be compared with the parameters at the time of ordering.
- For the fixed position of the foot fixed moving cylinder, it should be concentric with the center line of the load force to avoid causing lateral force. The lateral force is easy to wear the seal and damage the piston.
